What to expect
Never tried bungee fitness before? Here is exactly what your first class looks like.
Step 01
Arrive and Check In
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign forms/waivers prior to class.
Step 02
Set Up Together
Get you set up in your harness and make sure everything fits
Step 03
Fly and Work Out
This is where the magic happens. You will jump, fly, squat, and sweat. It is a full-body workout that feels more like fun than fitness.
Step 04
Cool Down and Go
Finish strong with a cool down. You will leave feeling energized, accomplished, and already thinking about your next class.
